Armored Batsuit:
To unlock the Armored Batsuit in Challenge mode, complete the game.
Finding the Riddler's "?":
Use detective mode to find a piece of a question mark. You need to find both pieces of the "?", then align them onscreen and use Environmental Analysis to solve the riddle.

The Spirit Of Arkham's Mystery chronicle:
After finding all of the "Chronicle or Arkham" hidden pieces or the Riddler's secret maps, there is one more blank chronicle left. Go back to where you found Clayface behind the wall in the penitentiary. Go upstairs where you left Warden Sharp. Notice the scribbling on the floor. Use Environmental Analysis to unlock
it.

Poison Ivy's plants:
To destroy Poison Ivy's plants, get up to a high structure such as a building. Then, drop down directly beside it and tear it's heart out. The plant will not have enough time to damage you.

Henchmen combos:
When fighting a Titan henchman and a group of normal henchmen, stun the Titan and jump on his back. Use him to hit the normal henchmen and increase your combo total.

Record Breaker stage in Challenge mode:
After Poison Ivy destroys the Batcave, cross to the three hills to land on the mainland at Arkham West. Note: You will unlock a trophy after you land on first hill. Then, go to the second one. There are two small holes through which you can see cliffs. Through one, you see the mainland which is directly in front of you after you land on the second hill. Before doing that, look and grapple over there then go to a small exterior. You will see a cliff which has no den or any other place to land. Glide onto that location and you will find a trophy which will unlock Record Breaker in Challenge mode.

Secret Room in the Warden's Office, Reference to Batman: Arkham City:
In the Warden's Office, head back to the room with the Warden's portrait on the far wall. Turn left as soon as you enter the doorway and approach the wooden wall. You can destroy this with Explosive Gel. It may take a bit of trial and error, but one panel can be blown away. Beyond this is an unmarked room with a blueprint on the wall. It shows plans for the relocation or expansion of Arkham to Gotham City. This is a nod To the setting of Batman: Arkham City.
