Max Payne 3 v1.0 All No-DVD [Reloaded]

why is still not working? btw the first time i played the game was fine ( no bugs etc. ) but the second time after updating ( i guess) keeps appearing bugs ( invisible man , stuck to the floor, stuck when i touch a wall , versy slow when i pick up a gun ) why are these happening? HELPppp
