At the Title screen hold A B on Controllers One and Two and press Start on Controller One.

Super Puck

At the Player Selection screen hold A B on Controllers One and Two and press Start on Controller One. Hit the puck and hold B it will keep moving.

Fast Puck

Select the teams and don't press Start. Hold A B on Controllers One and Two and press Start on Controller Two.
