At the Mode Selecting screen highlight 1P Play and press Right Right Right Right. Highlight Tourh3nt and press Right. Highlight Course Edit and press Left Left. Highlight Option and press Left6x. Finally highlight 1P Play again and press X. If done correctly you will hear a cheer.
