Secret Level:

Start a non-Free Play mode game and then in the Aquatic Fun Center sneak past the scientists by going through the gift shop. If you enter the men’s bathroom and go into the center stall on the left you can sit on the toilet and then flush it.
Unlock Free Play Mode:

This feature becomes available when you have completed ALL the stages.
