Game Cheats:
Southwestern Folklore Skill:

Enter the code ‘61290’ into the text box while talking to Solveig Sefors to get the Southwestern Folklore skill.
Easy ‘Oops’ Achievement:

An easy way to ge this Achievement is to instruct your entire party when they are not in battle to to attack and kill a single member of the party.
Easy ‘Pop Idol’ Achievement:

At the left wing of the Agricultural center just before entering the greenhouse where the radio tower is located you find the Fin’s poster which will get you this Achievement.
Easy ‘Son Of A Motherless Goat’ Achievement:

The amigos hat, jacket, and pants can be found in several locations like inside boxes and safes but the easiest and quickest way to get this Achievement is to go to the Temple Of Titan and find Mr Taggart cowboy who sells the three full sets of amigo clothes and then equip three rangers with those clothes.
Easy ‘Too Much Time On your Hands’ Achievement:

To get this Achievement easily go the farm at Angel Oracle and get a second shovel and then dig up ALL the holes at Redondo Beach.
Easy ‘Wasteland Justice’ Achievement:

Recruit Angela Deth at the exterior of Ranger Citadel and then enter the bar at the Rail Nomads camp and talk to Samuel Hass. If you don’t interfere when Angela Deth kills him after your conversation you will get this Achievement. This will not result in you getting any negative reputation with any of the other people in that town. 
Change Character Attributes:

The following procedure involves editing a saved game file with a text editor so it is advised that you create a backup copy of the file before proceeding. Go to the ‘Save Games’ directory in the game’s folder and search for the ‘availableAttributePoints’ text in your saved game file and change their values to 20, and the lines for skill points and trait points to 200 for any desired characters.
Set Ammunition and Item Amounts:

The following procedure involves editing a saved game file with a text editor so it is advised that you create a backup copy of the file before proceeding. Go to the ‘Save Games’ directory in the game’s folder and search for lines on your saved game file that begin with ‘Ammo_’ and the names of other items to modify their amounts. To be able to change the quantity of an item you must have already collected it.
Unlock Southwestern Folklore Skill:

Enter the code ‘61290’ (without the quotes) in the text box while talking to Solveig Sefors to acquire this skill. 
Treasure tortoise:

You can find a tortoise that provides treasure at the Rail Nomads camp, in the northern part of the world map. The camp can be found just past some radiated areas. Once in the camp, search northern part of the Rail Nomads area, which is the first area you visit in this general location. Travel north from the central section of the map with the rail car interiors. Pass the small homeless camp up the middle path to reach the area in which the tortoise can be found. A character with the “Animal Whispering” skill is required to “activate” the tortoise. If needed, you can recruit Ralphy by saving him from drowning

after entering the area. He can be found in one of the train cars in the central part of the map after his rescue. After “Animal Whispering” is used on the tortoise, it will begin moving slowly. It starts by travelling south, out of the hobo-camp then follows a path that leads it past the main meeting hall (where the clan leader is found), and further down to the south. Follow it and it will eventually approach a river at the southern part of the

map.
Note: You must clear mines from this area. The tortoise will eventually die at the end of its journey, leaving behind a mound of dirt. Use a shovel to dig up a random piece of treasure (rifle, weapon mod, armor, trinket, or ammunition).
