Players run a major Hollywood studio at the dawn of sound cinema. The job covers everything from writing scripts to booking theaters.

About the Game

The game blends studio management with story-driven choices. Players pick plots, themes, directors, and stars, then guide each film through production and release. They can build a blockbuster factory, a boutique festival studio, or a cheap trash producer.

The wider world pushes back. Wars, censorship, corruption, and organized crime all affect the business. Moreover, players can bend the rules by pressuring staff, asking the mafia to clear the release calendar, or staying on good terms with the mayor. Early Access currently offers the first act, which spans about twenty in-game years. The developers plan to leave Early Access in 2026 with a longer historical period.
