This is the version 2.602a of the NHCmod with an additional combiner for Eastern Front 1.5.10 This mod has been in development for about 4 years now. Some major features are: corpses of the fallen will now permanently stay, the population caps have been increased, new units, and also each side receives one hero unit, you can play with and against any faction. Heroes, crazy stuff and "Quick Start Mode" can be activated or deactivated in the reward menu.
