Ubisoft's UPlay Plus subscription will include its full catalog

Ubisoft is looking to join the ever-expanding collection of game delivery subscription services like Humble Monthly, Xbox Game Pass, and PlayStation Plus, among many others. Its UPlay Plus subscription is going to be one of the more robust collections, with more than 40 games available at launch, including the entire back catalogs from series like Assassin's Creed, Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon, and Far Cry.

Other series represented in their full or near entirety, include Might and Magic, Prince of Persia, Rayman, Settlers, Rainbow Six, Trials, Watch Dogs, Warlords, and Panzer General. There are also tens of individual games that are worth checking out, like Child of Light, From Dust, South Park: The Stick of Truth, The Crew 2, Trackmania Turbo, and Valiant Hearts, among many others.

But this is just the beginning. There are plans for more than 100 games before long. At launch and further down the line, all games will be available in their premium versions, including all DLC and unlockables available for everyone.

UPlay+ is set to launch on September 3, but anyone can give it a try for the whole month (ending on September 30) with a free trial. That will give everyone access to everything for that month. Those who retain their subscription after then, though, will enjoy additional benefits, such as the ability to play Ubisoft games three days earlier than anyone else, as well as enrolment in exclusive Ubisoft betas.
