HALO was one of the best games ever!! If you say that i'm right, than you don't know **** of games. Part 1 was an classic one to remember, and Halo 2 will be an good game asswell. And what about the Xbox: everybody says that it's an peice of junk, but why do I have so mutch fun on it?

Halo May have been the best XBOX game but it certainly isnt the best game ever. It has to be one of the worst pc conversions ever (other than dave mirra) Halflife rules! And HL2 will destroy everything (once or if its released)

Theres nothing wrong with Halo PC its actually better than the Xbox version and its one of the best games on Xbox. But I gotta say, it doesnt stand up too well on the FPS saturated PC games market, next to games like Battlefield, MOH, WolfET, even CS and so on, as well as the upcoming UT2004, Halflife 2, Unreal2 XMP etc. Not to mention the countless mods.The only reason the Xbox version seems so good is theres arent really much other good FPS games. The truth is that Halo PC, even though its superior to the Xbox version, isnt really all that spectacular besides some vehicles

Also another obvious problem with Halo PC: Halo graphics look OK for a console game on a TV set, But the graphics certainly dont cut it for a new release PC game, the levels are so low poly and so on

ALL consoles and their games suck for that one reason. youplay them on your tv. what is the res limit, i know its either 640x480 or 800x600, cant remember, i think its the earlier. which is ******, i play all my pc games 1024x768 at least. near twice the res. plus antialiasing and so on.

halo was a good game on xbox, pc version lacking but i'm sure there will be add on and mods for it in the near future, i only play on xbox and or pc cause i get all the games for 5.00, halo 2 looks like it will be an ok game

Halo might have low poly, but the game is well balanced. And for the AI: it has one of the best AI. So I must say that I still think That Halo 2 is gonna be an hell of a game.I even think that Half-life 2 is gonna be an disapointment (just like unreal 2). People think: O, HL was an good game so the next part is gonna be good aswell, but when i saw some movies about HL2, i thought "is this it... " I thought there would be more.But in the movie of Halo 2, I see a lot of cool things, but we just have to wait and see, weither this game is gonna rock or not.....

the thing with halo that alot of ppl have is it was suposed to be much different than it is now and also suposed to be on pc, but microsoft used his cash to screw it all. now i like alot of game comming from microsoft but they just plain kill halo for me, ofcourse i played halo both xbox and pc and it was disapointing almost sad.

Halo for pc was a pretty bad port... im running on a radeon 9700, and the game runs like ****... and the worst part is that the graphics dont even look that good.. bland and boaring.

I know a bit about electronics and from what I remember, most CRT TVs (depending on size and quality) are about 300-500 LINES of resolution.Some better sets may be higher. LCD, plasma and projector TVs are higher resolution (I think around 640x480-1024x768) as they dont use scanlines like CRTs but individual pixels instead.

i think this game will ge good, i have played the game and own it, eve read the books, the story is cool and iteresting and plus the gamer itself is amasing, i dont expect people to say halo is too good, but it sure is a hell of a sci-fi fps, personally many fps out ther for pc suck.. i liked half life but i rather play halo than half life. simply because its different as i dont dig a scientist that manages to kill everything with a suit of anti radiation or sumthing. yep halo is even more exagerated over ther but has more interestig concept. and before you start ******** about my comment as always, please remebr its an opinion and for me, you are wrong if you disagree ok?

Halo was the best game i ever played on x-box. When i got it on computer it was really bad.i think that people should not buy Halo on computer but by it on x-box. i got the movie for halo 2 and the demo for it and it looks 10 times better then halo 1. all x-box people should get it.
