Type in Ctrl shift c to open cheat window type in motherlode it gives you 50000 simoleons each time you use the cheat
Dont Need A Job:
On the Sims 3 Ambitions, I know a way that you wont ever have to get a job but you will have as much money that you like.
Press Ctrl,Shift,and C all at the same time. Something will come up. Type in motherlode (no caps or spaces) then press the return key. (Enter.)This will give you 50,000 simleons. You can do this as many times as you want to. You can only get up to 999,999,999 simleons though
Get a lot of money!
when you start a game go to edit town and move people out of their homes and move them in to your house then move them out and if you keep on doing this you will be rich and the town people will be poor so that is all you have to do.
