Grounded 2 (+38 Trainer) – Update September 2026

Grounded 2 shrinks you to ant size, so every backyard bug becomes a threat. However, hunger, thirst, stamina, and heat constantly drain your survival tools. This trainer clears that grind, so you can explore and build freely.

FLiNG built this trainer with 38 options, covering survival, combat, resources, crafting, movement, and teleporting. It supports the Steam and Xbox/Game Pass Early Access builds and was last updated on September 17, 2026. Obsidian Entertainment developed the game, and Xbox Game Studios published it.

These 38 options split into six groups. Together, they cover survival, damage, resources, crafting, player stats, and world control.

Survival Options

Num 1 (God Mode/Ignore Hits): Ignores hits, so bugs can no longer hurt you.
Num 2 (Infinite Health): Keeps your health bar full.
Num 3 (Infinite Stamina): Lets you sprint and swing without tiring, so stamina never limits you.
Num 4 (Perfect Block): Turns every block into a perfect one.
Num 5 (Infinite Food): Stops hunger from dropping, so food never limits you.
Num 6 (Infinite Water): Keeps your thirst bar full.
Num 7 (Infinite Oxygen): Lets you stay underwater as long as you like.
Num 8 (Stable Body Temperature): Holds your temperature steady, so heat and cold never hurt.
Num 9 (Stealth Mode): Hides you from enemies, so you can walk past them.

Combat Multiplier Options

Num 0 (Super Damage/One Hit Kills): Kills most enemies in one hit.
Num . (Damage Multiplier): Scales the damage you deal.
Num + (Defense Multiplier): Scales the damage you take.

Resource and Item Options

Ctrl+Num 1 (Edit Raw Science): Edits your Raw Science amount.
Ctrl+Num 2 (Edit Milk Molar): Edits your Milk Molar amount.
Ctrl+Num 3 (Edit Mega Milk Molar): Edits your Mega Milk Molar amount.
Ctrl+Num 4 (Edit Item Amount): Edits the amount of a held item.
Ctrl+Num 5 (Edit Max Carry Capacity): Raises how much you can carry, so you can haul more at once.
Ctrl+Num 6 (Instant Item Cooldown): Skips item cooldowns, so you can reuse tools right away.
Ctrl+Num 7 (Infinite Equipment Durability): Stops your gear from breaking, so tools last indefinitely.
Ctrl+Num 8 (Infinite Torch Duration): Keeps your torch burning until you switch it off.
Ctrl+Num 9 (Infinite Analyzer Charges): Gives you endless analyzer charges.

Crafting and Progression Options

Ctrl+Num 0 (No Crafting & Upgrade Requirements): Crafts and upgrades without ingredients, so costs never block you.
Ctrl+Num . (No Building Requirements): Builds structures without gathering materials first.
Alt+Num 1 (Fast Brain Power Level Up): Levels up Brain Power faster, so progress comes sooner.

Character Stat and Speed Options

Alt+Num 2 (Edit Max Health): Edits your maximum health.
Alt+Num 3 (Edit Max Stamina): Edits your maximum stamina.
Alt+Num 4 (Set Movement Speed): Sets how fast you move.
Alt+Num 5 (Set Player Speed): Sets the speed of your player character.
Alt+Num 6 (Set AI Speed): Sets how fast enemies and creatures move.
Alt+Num 7 (Set Game Speed): Slows or speeds up the whole game.

Movement and World Options

Alt+Num 8 (Infinite Jumps): Lets you keep jumping in mid-air until you switch it off.
Alt+Num 9 (No Fall Damage): Stops damage from long drops.
Alt+Num 0 (Set Gravity): Changes how strongly gravity pulls you down.
Alt+Num . (Freeze Daytime): Locks the time of day in place.
Alt+Num + (Time Pass Speed): Changes how fast time passes.
Alt+Num / (Save Location): Saves your position, then lets you return to it.
Alt+Num * (Teleport): Teleports you to the saved location.

Important Trainer Instructions and Tips

Follow these steps so every option works as intended.

Either launch order works, so start the trainer or the game first.
If numpad hotkeys fail, turn Num Lock on, because the numpad keys need it.
Use Save Location before Teleport, because Teleport needs a saved spot.
