       the file manually into your "A. Settings" directory. 

       Rememeber if you haven't played the game yet, then there will be no
       "A Settings" directory. Of course if you have used another language
       , then  your dir  will be  called "A Settings (Where Settings is in  
       the language of your choice)"

       This  cheat  will  unlock  all Kits, Stadiums, Weathers, Night Play,
       Pitchs, Balls, Songs, Leagues, Tactics and will  give you 999999999
       points. Go knock yourself out!!
