-jumping from really high heights might still kill you.
-the suspicion meter option will not work when shooting a Nazi, or getting too much attention. You can walk through fortified areas, fight with someone 
 (only with punches), stand in a suspicion area, climb, run, sneak, get diguised and then stand in an area full of Nazis with no Nazi shooting you.
