 Okay a bit complicated this one, but it works even in the hardest mode :)
 Go to the Business Room and the click on Accounts and then select the
 Finances departement, type in and borrow $1, make sure to select OK.
 Now you'll get a huge amount of money and only have $1 to pay back :).

   INSTALL INFORMATION
  Unzip it, then place the "trainer.exe" in the game dir. Run the trainer
  and then you can run the game from the trainer ;). After the game has
  run, ALT-TAB back to the trainer and enable the cheat, follow the steps
  above and you should be the new Kevin Keegan of football, loadsa money!
