Unify China starting from Scenario 3, any difficulty setting.

Unify China starting from Scenario 5, any difficulty setting.
Qing Bu:

Unify China starting from Scenario 2, any difficulty setting.
Wang Jian:

Play as a Prefect of a force, accomplish the (super hard difficulty) city objectives (choose any from domestic/military/conquest objectives)
Xiang Ji and Yu Ji:

Win 100 Duels.
Xiao He:

Play as a Viceroy of a force, accomplish the (super hard difficulty setting) force objectives (choose any from domestic/military/conquest objectives).
Ying Zheng:

Acquires 50 treasures for yourself (not for your force).
Zhang Liang:

Win 100 Debates.
