Microsoft Unveils Natal Release Date And Xbox 360 Total Sales

Confirming our earlier speculations, Microsoft has specified holiday 2010 as the expected release date for Project Natal.

The announcement was made during Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer's keynote at CES. Ballmer took the opportunity to boast that Xbox 360 has sold 39 million units to date and that consumers have bought some 500 million pieces of software for the platform, totaling $20 billion in game revenue.
