  The following keys are available in-game only:
   F12    show/hide in-game trainer menu
   F11    invulnerability
   F10    get all weapons
   F9     unlimited ammo
   F8     instant kills
   Notes:
   - for the "get all weapons" option, you need to open and close the inventory
     (hit ESC twice).
   - the options are toggled, if you press the same option key twice, the
     option will be activated and then deactivated.
