Unlimited Items and Grenades:
Make sure to disable this when you're trying to equip something otherwise it wouldn't work then you can activate it again.
Inventory:
Open then inventory and mouse over the item you want to edit then value will appear and you can edit it,just make sure not to freeze this.

Mute Hotkeys:

To temporarily disable the Hotkeys, press CTRL-H after trainer is
activated.  You can use CTRL-H to re-activate the Hotkeys as well.
You can also mute specific hotkeys by changing the hotkey you want to mute to 'NONE'.
