Leaked Ad Confirms Xbox 360 Price Cut

Over the past few weeks several analysts expected to see an Xbox 360 price cut soon, but today is the first time we put our hands on solid evidence proving it.

A leaked Kmart ad lists the 20GB model for $300, compared to its current price $350.

The new price is just $20 above the Arcade model, so it is reasonable to expect Microsoft to discontinue the hard disk-less SKU. No clues have been unveiled yet regarding the Elite model's price, but it is doubtful that Microsoft will keep it at its current $450 price tag.
