So there’s a pair of PS4 Air Jordans now…

Gamer themed clothing is nothing new today. In-fact, visit any nerd themed clothing website and a vast majority of the (often doubled up) references on their tshirts are game related. However I never quite thought I’d see a pair of PlayStation 4 Jordans. Especially ones with an HDMI port built into the heel.

The irritating part is it’s not like this is even some sort of experimental wearable, but a weird little gimmick that does absolutely nothing. There’s no storage in there, or a way to load in a video that can be streamed from the shoes. Nothing, just an empty port.

You can attach a cable to it, as the images from show and admittedly, from the front they’re not a bad looking shoe.

But the HDMI port is such a weird addition. On top of that, they’re a near thousand dollar pair of shoes ($950) so you’d have to be quite deep pocketed to afford a pair. There are only ten pairs in the world, so they’re rare.

Still… an HDMI port? Really?
