Press the back button then B, A, Y, Y, A, B, A, X, X, X. Now your whole team will have god mode, you will not be able to unlock anything with this cheat on.
When you are at the end of the game press start the go to the number pad the press the a button the press up down left left right it will let you get all of the weapons.
