Japanese free games and their innovations have been discussed extensively in this section of Megagames. It is enough therefore, to just say that Amanagi is a typical example. A former shareware vertical shooter, Amanagi offers exceptional visual effects and introduces some new features, managing to rejuvenate an tired and abused genre.

Officially described as a 3D side scrolling shooting game, Amanagi is much more than that. Its main innovation is the colorful power-up system, a wide variety of options are available to the player, allowing for various attack combinations.
The, always vital, gameplay aspect is not neglected and the game offers an overall very entertaining experience.

i like this game,your gonna need a unzip utility for lzh files,i reccomend lz arc at web attack its freeware and easy to use,winzip wont open it

i think this game is good and considering im more into japanese shooter games than anything! maybe its crap cause you guys just aint into this sort of thing i.e. retro japanese type games!

like Naoki said you have to like this style of game to like it, i realy like this game its one of the main played games amongst my collection of these style of games. Also what would be nice one day is to see all these tools who hide behind anonymous and post crap to actualy start using a name so we know who is saying the total utter crap cause realy how big does it make you to be able to post insulting material behind no name? ok i'm done

I really get into this game. The boss ships at the end of each mission are significantly more difficult than the rest of the mission, which may lull you into overconfidence before you slam into the boss. This is especially true for difficulty level: Hell, and for missions 3 and 5. I don't know if I will ever get past that final boss in Hell, with my original three ships. I might be wearing out the arrow keys...

try to out each game size within its review.Make it more easy to download.The forms are boring to me, more than gamehippo.com that seems more better easy than your site.
