The ANNO 1701 demo version is now available as a free download. After exhaustive beta testing, fans now have the unique opportunity to play the eagerly anticipated empire-building strategy game on their home PCs!
The version will soon be followed by an English version. More languages to come shortly after.
The demo version contains a free continuous game with the virtual computer opponents Carmen Marquez and Hendrik Jorgensen. Fans of multiplayer games can play the multiplayer mode in ANNO 1701 with up to 3 friends via a network or the Internet. The demo version is limited to 90 minutes of gaming time and is playable up to the civilisation level "Citizens". The informative and full tutorial is also included in the demo version. Players can choose between two difficulty levels in single player mode and can also play on both single player and multiplayer maps.
