Too bad they still use the old and outdated Generals engine. You can't make a detailed game with it. And yes, the colors are bright and cartoony. Plus it's full of bugs just like in C&C Generals, LOTR, C&C3, etc. They should use the Havok engine like in Dawn of War. Now, that's great detailed graphics and an awesome gameplay.
