A developer working on games for Nintendo's upcoming 3DS system has revealed that the processing power used to render games in 3D could be used by developers to increase the graphics quality of their games if they choose to turn 3D display off.
We don't expect any of the launch titles to take advantage of that option, but it is interesting to know that such a feature is available at their disposal.
