It's been a while since Kirby had his own adventure on a Nintendo platform and this time around it's all about the claymation, as the little pink guy heads off to lift the Rainbow Curse from his homeland, one sucked in enemy at a time.
To celebrate the upcoming launch and help promote the game, Nintendo has released a new TV spot for it which showcases some of the abilities Kirby will have, as well as the 'clayful' look of the world and the many ways in which players can move through it.
Kirby and the Rainbow Curse will see the little fella following the path drawn by players on the Wii U gamepad, either rolling along it, or swinging by a little mechanical carriage as he hangs from it.
The game will be compatible with select Amiibo figurines, like Kirby, King Dedede and Meta Knight, all of which will give the in-game Kirby new aesthetic touches like hats and masks.
Kirby and the Rainbow Curse is set for release on the 20th February.
