    Unzip and run the trainer.  If the trainer is located in the game
    directory you can simply hit start and it will automagicly load the
    program and start the trainer.  If not just load the game itself and
    then shell out to hit the start button. Wait for the game to load, then
    hit Scroll Lock and the trainer will enable the cheat and terminate)
