Cheat Menu
While playing hold Backspace and type "kyle" without the quotes. Go back to the Main Menu and you will find a cheat menu.

After a mission has begun press any of the following keys:
Ctrl F12 Overview
Alt Shift R Reload
Alt Shift D Repair
Alt Shift I Selected Tank Indestructible
