At the Plane Select screen press Left Left Right Down Up Down Right Select.
All Missions
At the Mission Select screen press Up Down Down Right Left Down Up Triangle.
Chase View
At the Plane Select screen highlight your aircraft. Hold L1 L2 R1 R2 Select then press Start. Press Select to change views when the missions begins.
More Time
At the Now Loading screen before the mission starts hold L1 L2 R1 R2 X Triangle Square Left.
