Skulls:
If you are out of skulls, you can jump on enemies to kill them.
However, do not jump on zombies with axes in their heads.

TWINS letters:
Each level has the letters "T", "W", "I", "N", and "S" hidden around them.
Collecting all of them will be worth a lot of points when the level is
completed.
