At the Title screen hold C and press Start. 'Press Start' will stop blinking. Now pause gameplay and press any of the following buttons:
A Skip to the next Act
B Skip to the next Stage
C Skip to the final Boss
X One additional life
Y Gain one medal
Z Gain one Chaos Emerald
